The high five is a symbol of congratulations, but it takes two people. Larson coined “HighFive” to “represent a high five given by you to you.” This book, along with its associated blog under the same title, serves as a catalyst for thought-provoking self-reflection to help readers on their search for peace and happiness. Larson’s roommate Jim Chambers ’79 wrote the foreword. Larson has spent most of his adult life as an entrepreneur and an avid journal keeper.
