In 2014, food critic Jeff Gordinier ’88 met with world-renowned chef René Redzepi for what he thought would be a basic interview about Redzepi’s restaurant Noma and its New Nordic cuisine. Instead, their conversation turned into a four-year adventure, with Gordinier following Redzepi around the globe as he sought new culinary inspiration. The events of that journey are captured in Hungry (Tim Duggan).
