Immigration and Conflict in Europe
(Cambridge University Press) Based on research from Great Britain, Germany, and France, this book shows that the incidence of conflict involving immigrants and their descendants has varied widely across groups, cities, and countries. The author finds that economics and politics, rather than cultural differences, determine patterns of conflict and calm. Dancygier is an assistant professor of politics and public and international affairs at Princeton University.
