According to conventional standards of happiness, Dr. Cooper Hunziker should be happy. She has a life many would dream of, with a job as an assistant psychology professor at Yale, an upcoming book, and a perfect relationship. But the fact is, she isn’t happy. She ultimately finds herself co-leading a happiness support group where she forges new connections and is awakened to blossoming friendships with the other women of the group. Soon, she begins to wonder whether her recipe for happiness was wrong this whole time. The Ingredients of Happiness (Severn House) is a feel-good, meaningful story about the quest to discover true happiness in friendships, careers, and life.
