(CreateSpace) During the late 1880s, Buffalo Bill’s Wild West Show catapulted the legendary sharpshooter Annie Oakley to worldwide fame. Taking the form of biographical fiction, Little Miss Sure Shot explores what it was like to be a female marksman and performer during an era ruled by men. Marshall is a retired journalist and author of the poetry collection River Ice.
