(Author House) These stories follow Princetonian LT Thomas Medici, NILO Ha Tien, through the Vietnam War years, encompassing his work on Capitol Hill, in the naval service, while teaching at Princeton, and rebuilding Cambodia’s legal system after Khmer Rouge and Vietnamese occupations. The stories bracket in time Serra’s first historical novel, NILO Ha Tien: A Novel of Naval Intelligence in Cambodia. Serra served as Naval Intelligence Liaison Officer (NILO) Ha Tien on the Cambodian border. He has practiced law in San Diego and been an adjunct professor of law for 38 years.
