Morning, Noon, and Night: Growing Up and Growing Old with Literature

(Random House) Weinstein explores what characters in major works of literature can teach us about growing up and growing old. Through his readings of works including Wuthering Heights, Great Expectations, and Oedipus, he explores classic writing’s insights into coming-of-age and surrendering to time, and considers the impact of these revelations upon our lives. Weinstein is the Edna and Richard Salomon Distinguished Professor of Comparative Literature at Brown University.
