Out of the Whirlwind (Honeycomb Publishers) tells the story of a man living a lie. Adam Hudson’s life appears to be perfect. He has professional success, along with a loving wife and child. In truth, he’s deeply tormented because he is gay and nobody knows. In this novel, Longstreth captures the complexity of feelings Hudson experiences as he finally breaks free and lives in his truth.
