Red Diaper Baby: A Revolutionary Comedy

Josh Kornbluth, a performer of autobiographic monologues, wrote and directed this one-man, comic coming-of-age story of a young boy who believes he must grow up to lead a communist revolution in America. The monologue dramatizes his upbringing as the child of Jewish Communists in New York City in the 1960s and ’70s. The show, which he performed Off-Broadway and around the U.S., was filmed live at the Magic Theatre in San Francisco and made for The Sundance Channel.
