Sailing with the Wind of Freedom (Damianos Publishing) follows the story of a renowned heroine, Lascarina Bouboulis. Bouboulis is a Greek figure who helped build a small naval fleet and sailed into battle on her own accord. By doing so, she led a movement by gathering a large amount of support from countrymen that helped her continue the fight for independence from the Sultan's Empire. Kaye tells Bouboulis’ heroic story sailing for Greek independence and the historic background of the war that existed during the 1800s and plagued Greece.
