Small Wars, Big Data: The Information Revolution in Modern Conflict

By Jacob N. Shapiro, Eli Berman, and Joseph H. Felter

Published March 7, 2018

The authors argue for approaches that include suppression of rebel activity and close analysis of the links between aid and violence.
