Sophrosyne: A Novel

Twenty-one-year-old Alex is consumed by a quest for Sophrosyne, an ancient Greek virtue defined as self-restraint or modesty. Sophrosyne: A Novel examines Alex’s attempt to escape the disturbing relationship he has developed with his mother through the study and cultivation of this virtue.
