How do you beat the biggest media company in the world? When Hong Kong Disneyland opened in 2005, it was thought that interest in the local amusement park, Ocean Park, would drop. Taming the Mouse (Switow Media) focuses on how, instead, Ocean Park leadership pre-empted decline by changing business strategies, allowing the park to meet and beat Hong Kong Disneyland’s attendance and popular perception.
