Tattooed Memory

Tattooed Memory (L’Harmattan) is the first book by Moroccan novelist Abdelkebir Khatibi about his childhood memory of French colonialism. Part coming of age novel, anti-colonial treatise, and part language experiment, Tatooed Memory takes readers from the earliest childhood memory to young adulthood.
