The Texas Landscape Project (Texas A&M University Press) presents a wealth of data tracking specific environmental changes in the state, how these changes have affected Texas as its population and economy boom, and how people are working to safeguard its resources. Author David Todd ’81 has teamed up with cartographer Jonathan Ogren to present over 300 maps of the data. Todd is executive director of the Conservation History Association of Texas.
