In Wine and Economics: Transacting the Elixir of Life, Denton Marks *73 *81 explores this rich tradition by examining the fundamental economics of wine at all levels, from international trade to individual vineyards. Marks is a professor of economics at the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater.
