Spinning vinyl on turntables may look so yesterday, but WPRB disc jockeys still frequently play LPs as this unidentified student was doing in 1989. Tape cassettes (visible on the back wall) have been replaced by CDs, however, and the station broadcasts from Bloomberg Hall rather than its previous location in Holder. One of the first college radio stations in the country, WPRB (103.3 FM) was founded in 1940 as WPRU.
