Unidentified basketball players have some fun showering coach Pete Carril after the Tigers defeated Brown 70–59 on Feb. 28, 1976, clinching the Ivy League championship for the first time in seven years and thereby gaining a bid to the NCAA tournament. Carril spent 29 years as Princeton’s head basketball coach, leaving in 1996 for the NBA. Stuart Crump Jr. of Princeton took the photo. This year men’s basketball begins Nov. 13 with an away game against Rider University. Can any readers identify these players?
