President Obama has named CHARLES SAWYERS ’81 to the National Cancer Advisory Board. Sawyers is the chairman of the Human Oncology and Pathogenesis Program at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. He investigates the signaling pathways that promote the growth of cancer cells.
