His great-grandfather, George K. Crozer Sr., was an industrialist, philanthropist, and political figure in Delaware County, Pa. After graduating from Michigan Law School, George joined White & Case, a multinational law firm and lived in Greenwich, Conn., where his son George K. Crozer V was born. In 1985 he relocated to Jakarta, Indonesia, with White & Case to represent the Indonesian Government, and during this time his daughter Carlyle “Carly” E. Crozer was born. When George was promoted to White & Case’s head of Asian affairs he and his family moved to Hong Kong, and it was here where his third child Sarah P. Crozer was born.

George’s career was focused in corporate finance, particularly oil and gas; power and telecommunications projects; public and private equity; and mergers and acquisitions. He was a featured speaker at the World Economic Congress Asia Power Summit and other major conferences.
