Ten Greatest Salespersons: What They Say About Selling .

Mike was born in Latrobe, Pa. At Princeton he majored in politics, managed the Student News Agency, and belonged to Court Club.

Mike was a lieutenant in the Navy during the war. He married Marylou Ruse of Uniontown, Pa., in 1940. They lived for a while in New York and New Jersey, and eventually moved to Pittsburgh, where Mike was on the boards of Shady Side Hospital and the Pittsburgh Chamber of Commerce.

After Mike retired the couple moved to the Palm Beach area. They later moved to Williamsburg, Va., where Mike died March 19, 2008.

Mike is survived by Marylou; a son, Thomas M. Curto ’65; a daughter, Christine Tullo; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. We send them our sincerest sympathy. We will miss the unpretentious man who, through hard work and innate ability, reached the top of the business world.
