All-American (Archway Publishing), a young adult novel, tells the story of Indigo Washington, a Philadelphia high-school student and aspiring filmmaker. After her friend and secret crush starts going out with her nemesis, Indigo begins making a documentary about her classmates for the spring talent show. As the date of the show approaches, simmering drama among Indigo’s friends comes to a boil. Brigitte White ’00 is a Washington, D.C.-based dentist and blogger.
