DUTIES: Kolaski leads outdoor activities such as backpacking and skiing for adolescent boys who have anxiety, depression, and ADHD. 

FEEDBACK: Every day the field guides analyze their own performance and each other’s. “People are so willing to learn and be self-aware and self-reflective.” 

PASSION: Returning from the field, she is energized: “I love talking to teenagers. I love feeling like I’m really helping someone have this epiphany.”
